Hi ya'll! Here's page 4 of "The Budding of a Rose." Been working on page 10! Starting to get a bit burned out, so I'll try posting the new pages.
I've also been figuring out how to format this comic to platforms like tapas. I've been considering that for some time now. I also gotta touch up a couple of the first pages, since that's when I didn't really have a solid process going for this comic, so it looks a bit different from the later pages. I would completely redo them, but I don't think I have the energy for it unfortunately. I gotta use my energy wisely since its gone so quick. Despite that I am making progress thankfully!

Comic summary:
After rejecting Lucius, he hasn't asked to see her for a while. She didn't think much of it and continued to focus her studies. One day she got a letter at the library from Lucius, asking to meet after such a long time. She was suspicious of it, and had the feeling that she shouldn't go, but decided to give him a chance. Maybe he figured things out since then, and they could find a middle ground for their relationship going forward. She also still very much wanted to continue the research, so she needed him for that. So she went, and it quickly dawned upon her as soon as Lucius spoke that she probably made the wrong decision to meet him. He found out about her research and seemed very sure to make her pay for it.
